DAY TOURS | Within 24 hours or less of departure: NON-REFUNDABLE
24 hours to 7 days prior to departure: 20% administration fee will be charged per booking
OVERNIGHT TOUR PACKAGES | Within 14 days or less of departure: NON-REFUNDABLE
15 to 30 days prior to departure: 25% of booking will be retained 31+ days prior to departure: 100% of booking will be refunded Cancellations must be advised in writing.
COVID POLICY | Our Standard cancellation policy remains in place, however, if guests are unable to travel due to Government border closures or travel restrictions, that restrict the client from entering the Kimberley, at the time of travel, we will offer to amend the travel dates, with payments held in credit or cancel without fee.
CANCELLATION DUE TO FORCE MAJEURE EVENT | The customer recognizes that Bungle Bungle Guided Tours operates within the Purnululu National Park, as managed by the Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions, and closure of the national park is outside Bungle Bungle Giuded Tour’s control. In the instance that Purnululu National Park is closed and tours are force cancelled, the customer will be offered a credit for the total monies paid towards a HMC Group tourism business product of their choosing – inclusive of Aviair, HeliSpirit, Bungle Bungle Savannah Lodge, Bungle Bungle Guided Tours or Freshwater East Kimberley Apartments) valid for up to 3 years from their original booking date, or a 70% refund on total monies paid. We strongly recommend that all customers take out travel insurance. Please read these terms carefully as they affect your legal rights. By booking and participating in a Bungle Bungle Guided Tour, you acknowledge and agree:
1.You do not have any underlying health or medical conditions that would prevent youfrom participating in the tour;
2.You satisfy the fitness requirements for the tour you have selected (see www.bbgt.com.auunder each tour option);
3.You are fully aware of risks and hazards connected with the tour, including but not limited tophysical exertion, hot temperatures, uneven walking terrain, obstacles, native animals, waterand limited shade and you voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks of loss, propertydamage, or personal injury, including death, that you may sustain as a result of being engagedin such an activity;
4.That if you suffer injury or illness, Kimberley Cultural Tours Pty Ltd (“KCT”) or its employeescan, at your cost, arrange any medical treatment and emergency evacuation service as theydeem necessary for your health and safety;
5.To waive any and all claims you may have now and in the future, and release from all liabilityand agree not to sue KCT, its officers, agents, representatives, employees or tour guides forany personal injury, death, property damage, or loss sustained by you as a result of yourparticipation in the tour, except in the case of gross negligence or wilful misconduct on the partof KCT or its employees;
6.At all times during the tour, to abide by and comply with any additional instructions given byyour tour guide or pilot and accept that non-compliance may result in injury, death orpermanent disability;
7.To indemnify and hold harmless KCT and its officers and employees from any loss, liability,damage or costs, including court costs and legal fees, that KCT, its officers or employeesmay suffer or incur due to your participation in a tour, except in the case of gross negligenceor wilful misconduct on the part of KCT or its employees; and
8.You have read, understood and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of the tourincluding this wavier and release and agree that this waiver and release will be binding uponyour heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators and successors.
CHILD AGE / INFANT POLICY | Infants are classified as 0-1 years and may travel free of charge. Please note that a limited number of infants can travel per aircraft and must be seated on their parent’s lap. Children are classified as 2-12 years of age inclusive and must be accompanied by an adult on tours. Child car-seats are not provided on the tour bus.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS | To confirm your reservation, full payment must be made, unless you have an existing account with us. All existing accounts are strictly 14 days. Payment can be made via credit card, bank deposit or cash. AMEX cards will attract a 2% surcharge.
MINIMUM NUMBERS | A minimum of 2 passengers or the equivalent cost is required to confirm a tour booking, unless the tour is already confirmed to run. Please call our reservations team to check
availability for one passenger. All overnight accommodation package rates are Twin Share. Single Supplement prices are available.
CHECK IN TIME | Passengers must be at the tour departure point 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure time.
PICK UP/ DROP OFF | Complimentary pick up/drop offs are available for Brochure Scenic Flights/Tours which depart Kununurra with Aviair. Pick up will be 45 minutes prior to flight departure and available from all Hotel, Motels and Caravan Parks within Kununurra Township. Please advise at the time of booking if you require a pickup or call Aviair office directly on (08) 9166 9300, no later than 3pm the day prior to departure.
COMMENTARY | All scenic flights and tours include personalised commentary by the pilot / tour guide. All tours and safety briefings are conducted in English.
FITNESS LEVEL AND MEDICAL CONDITIONS | Please advise us no later than the day prior to departure if you have any medical conditions or physical ailments, which may affect you completing the guided walks. Please make yourself aware of fitness levels required to complete the walks, this is available on our website www.bbgt.com.au under each tour option.
Tour guides and other tour staff, reserve the right to refuse a passenger to join the guided walk if, in their reasonable opinion, the passenger does not appear to meet the fitness requirements of the tour. Please call our reservation staff to discuss fitness levels and walk difficulties if you have any concerns.
SEAT WEIGHT LIMIT | The maximum seat weight limit on the Robinson R44 & R66 helicopter is 136kg. The maximum seat weight limit on the GA8 Airvan is 132kg. Please check with Reservations which aircraft is running on the day of the tour.
CUSTOMER WEIGHT | Customer and approximate hand baggage weights must be provided to us at time of booking. All customers and baggage will be weighed prior to tour departure for safety and operational reasons. The airline reserves the right to deny carriage to customers who provide weight information that is inaccurate by more than 15% in which case any fare paid will be forfeit.
VALIDITY OF RATES | Prices quoted are valid for the 2024 season and are subject to change. All prices are in Australian dollars ($AUD). Tours paid for in full are protected from price increases. In the event of Bungle Bungle Guided Tours introducing a special offer or rates that are discounted against the adult fare, retrospective refunds will not be permitted. Prices are subject to change without notice.
ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION | Please advise the level of assistance required with a minimum of 48 hours prior to departure time. Staff are not permitted to lift any passengers.
PERSONAL ITEMS | All care is taken but no liability is accepted for damage to personal items. Prior to leaving the bus, plane or cabin, customers should ensure they have all personal belongings with them. For lost property enquiries please contact our head office in Kununurra on (08) 9168 2213.
CAMERAS – HELICOPTER FLIGHTS | Cameras and phones must have a lanyard / wrist strap. Tablets and iPads are not permitted on board.
SEASONALITY | Our tours operate from April to September. The start and end of the scheduled season may vary.
LUGGAGE RESTRICTIONS
DAY TOURS
Maximum 5kg hand luggage permitted. We recommend bringing a hat, camera, refillable water bottle, sunscreen, sunglasses and wearing sturdy walking shoes (no leather soles), light cotton & sun protective clothing.
OVERNIGHT PACKAGES
Maximum 8kg per person allowed – preferably a soft carry bag consisting of a hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, sturdy walking shoes (no leather soles), camera & charger, sun protective clothing, warm clothing for the cool nights (May-August), swimwear for the pool, additional toiletries and personal items, insect repellant, small pocket torch and refillable water bottle.
GOVERNMENT CHARGES | Our prices are fully inclusive of all government, environmental and airport levies.
NATIONAL PARK FEES | National Park Fees are included in all Bungle Bungle Guided Tour packages.
Fly/Drive License Fees: $33.00 per adult and $16.50 per child
Park Camping Fees: $17.60 per adult and $8.80 per child

Self-driving guests are required to pay entry fees on arrival into the national park at the Visitor Information Centre. Please see fee schedule on https://parks.dpaw.wa.gov.au/know/park-entry-fees.
ITINERARIES | Whilst it is our intention to deliver the itinerary of your choice, unforeseen circumstances such as the nature of the terrain, unseasonable weather, national park area closures and so on, travelling conditions may be affected and therefore, make it necessary to alter touring with little or no notice.
FUEL SURCHARGE | In the event of significant upward movement in the cost of diesel or aviation fuel, we reserve the right to introduce a fuel surcharge. This shall be advised in writing no less than two weeks prior to its commencement and will be additionally advised at the time of booking confirmation.
CUSTOMER INFORMATION & PRIVACY | We require customer information for all reservations that we accept, including full passenger name, passenger weight, contact telephone number, and email address. Passenger information will be retained by us in accordance with our Privacy Policy which may be viewed on our Privacy Policy page on our website. We require passenger contact information to allow us to contact passengers in the event of occurrences including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, on the rare occasion that a tour time may be rescheduled, or in the event that personal property has been left behind after a tour.

AGENT BOOKING CONDITIONS
Bookings can be made by email or telephone. Bookings will only be confirmed by return email within 24 hours after the following information is provided:

Our booking number reference will be sent in a written confirmation to the agent’s email address. In addition, a 24-hour contact number for the agent is useful in the event of a change.
GROUP ALLOTMENTS
DAY TOURS
Allotments will be released 21 days prior to the tour date if confirmation has not been received.
Prepaid customer, names, weights, and dietary requirements must be supplied no later than 14 days prior and on tour sales customer details must be supplied a minimum of 48 hours prior to the tour date.
If customer weights are not supplied at the time of booking, then the number of seats held for your allotment will be dependent on payload per aircraft, which in turn may result in reduced seat availability for your group.

FREE OF CHARGE (FOC) POLICY
FLIGHTS & GROUND TOURING
For groups of 10 or more passengers, a maximum of one guide or tour escort can fly free of charge (FOC) if a spare seat is available on the day of travel and maximum payload threshold of the aircraft or tour bus is not exceeded. Additional lunch / beverage / accommodation costs may apply.
ACCOMMODATION
Tour group escort/guide at the discretion of BBSL management. Accommodation will be a Safari Tent with shared facilities, dinner, bed & breakfast.
